保湿处理在硬式腔镜器械清洗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨清洗前保湿处理对硬式腔镜器械清洗的效果。方法回顾分析2012年6月12日至2014年6月12日我院对358套硬式内镜术后清洗的临床资料,分析其清洗方法及清洗效果。结果术后立即进行保湿处理(管腔器械内充满保湿剂)+酶洗+水洗+加酶超声+水洗。使用目测法和管腔ATP检测仪器检测目测评判的合格率为100%;白纱布试验的合格率为100%;管腔ATP检测,合格率为100%。结论清洗前做好保湿处理可以保证清洗效果,也是器械达到消毒灭菌效果的关键因素。Objective To evaluate the cleaning before moisturizing treatment effect of cleaning the hard equipment of cavity mirrors. Methods Retrospective analysis on June 12,2012-June 12,2014,our hospital the clinical data of 358 sets of hard endoscope cleaning postoperatively,the cleaning method and cleaning effect was analysed. Results Postoperative moisturizing treatment immediately（ lumen instrument with moisturizer） ＋enzyme washed ultrasonic ＋ ＋ water ＋ enzyme washed. Use visual method and lumen ATP detection instrument visual judgment percent of pass was 100. 0%; White gauze,the qualified rate was 100. 0%; Lumen ATP detection,percent of pass was 100. 0%. Conclusions Good moisturizing treatment before cleaning can ensure the cleaning effect,is the key reason for instrument disinfection sterilization effect.
