摘　　要：介绍了高光黑格栅的应用趋势,并通过材料性能对比、材料机理分析、模流分析、零件产品性能验证等方面验证了新型PC材料在免喷涂高光黑格栅应用的可行性,为更多免喷涂高光黑格栅设计提供参考。The application trend of high gloss black grille is introduced. Through comparing material performance and mechanism analysis, mold flow analysis, grille part performance verification to verify the new PC material feasibility of high gloss black grille application. Guideline is provided for the future mold in color high gloss black grille design.
