摘　　要：Mx蛋白是干扰素诱导表达的抗病毒蛋白家族中的成员之一。与哺乳动物相比,禽类Mx基因的研究相对较少。现从禽类Mx基因的发现、编码蛋白的结构、多态性及功能多样性和抗病毒作用进行了综述,并对禽类Mx蛋白的应用和展望进行了探讨。Mx proteins are members of a famiIy of interferon inducible proteins. Compared with mammals,the research of avian Mx gene is less. This review discussed the Mx gene from four aspects including Mx gene discovery, Mx protein structure,polymorphism and functional diversity and antiviral effect. The application and prospect of Mx proteins in poultry were also discussed.
