摘 要:采用气相色谱‐质谱(G C‐M S )法对不同采收期白花延龄草根茎中的脂肪酸组成进行分析。结果表明,共从白花延龄草根茎中分离鉴定出23种脂肪酸,其中亚油酸的含量最高达52.24%~53.83%,其他主要脂肪酸为棕榈油酸20.14%~21.79%、油酸10.75%~12.87%、α~亚麻酸2.90%~5.60%和棕榈酸4.04%~6.77%,其不饱和脂肪酸含量高达89.97%~93.46%,并且大部分脂肪酸含量呈先降后升趋势,多以样品3的脂肪酸含量最高。The composition of fatty acids in the rhizome of T .kamtschaticum pall from different harvest periods was studied by GC‐MS .The results showed that there were 23 kinds of fatty acids from the rhizome of T .kamtschaticum pall were separated and identified .The content of linoleic acid was the highest ,up to 52 .24%‐53 .83% .Other major fatty acids were palmitoleic acid 20 .14%‐21 .79% ,oleic acid 10 .75%‐12 .87% ,α‐linolenic acid 2 .90%‐5 .60% and palmitic acid 4 .04%‐6 .77% .Three samples were rich in unsaturated fatty acid with the contents of 89 .97%‐93 .46% ,and most of the fatty acid content showed a trend of dropping at first and rising later ,with the content of fatty acids in sample three was the highest .
