摘 要:[目的/意义]化解军队院校联合参考咨询工作中学科专家的激励调动难题,实现深度的军事学科服务。[方法/过程]选用波特-劳勒激励模型为分析框架,从模型变量出发,抽象凝练出八大学科专家激励构成因素,后以此为遵循,经具象衍生,提出相应的具体激励机制。[结果 /结论]从目标驱动、协同培训、奖酬优化、综合考评4个方面梳理总结各项专家激励机制,供后续理论研究和工作实践参考。[ Purpose/significance ] This paper aims to resolve the problem that how to incite subject experts to par-ticipate in combined reference consulting service in military academy, and provide the deep military subject service. [ Method/process] Taking incentive model of Porter-Lawler for analysis framework. From the model variables, this paper extracts eight components of inciting experts. After concretization and derivative, it presents the corresponding incentive mechanism. [ Result/conclusion] The paper summarizes the goal-driven mechanism, collaboration and training mecha- nism, reward and optimization mechanism, and comprehensive evaluation mechanism. Related researches and works can refer to its conclusions.
