摘 要:第三方互联网支付市场规模的扩大使这个行业的竞争日益激烈,各个第三方支付企业要想从激烈的市场竞争中赢取一席之地,首先要制定出合理、科学的平台服务价格。文章认为,第三方互联网支付市场的结构特征主要表现为市场高度集中、市场竞争仍然存在并且支付牌照的发放对市场结构产生影响;第三方互联网支付的双边市场特征主要表现为第三方互联网支付平台具有两个客户群,并且平台具有价格非对称特征,平台的发展具有正效应,以及平台具有网络外部性。The expansion of the third-party Intemet payment market makes increasingly competition. Every third-party payment enterprise hopes to win a place in the fierce market competition. Therefore, a reasonable and scientific services platform must be developed. This paper considers that the features of Internet payment market mainly for market is highly concentrated, competition in the market still exists and the issuance of licenses influences the market structure; Third-party Internet payment of bilateral market mainly is that it has two customer groups, and the platform has the prices asymmetric characteristic, the development of the platform has a positive effect, and the platform with network externalities.
