摘　　要：创新性发展和经济活力已经成为地区经济发展水平的衡量标准之一。文章认为,河南创新驱动发展的现状体现在传统老工业改造升级困难、创新资源分布不均、创新成果转化无门、高新技术产业发展滞后等方面,河南应从科技、人才、驱动机制等领域入手,发挥其创新驱动效应。Innovation-driven development system and economic power have become the important strategic indicator of development of our country. In this paper, the present situation of innovation-driven development in Henan is that the difficulty in upgrading traditional industries, imbalance resources distribution, the fruit of innovation cannot be applied, lag of high- tech industry. Therefore, Henan should promote its innovation -driven industry form technology, talents, driving mechanism.
