前列地尔联合更昔洛韦常规治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察前列地尔联合更昔洛韦常规治疗带状疱疹的疗效和安全性。方法：120例带状疱疹住院患者随机分为两组各60例。对照组给予更昔洛韦注射液常规治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用前列地尔注射剂。两组疗程均为12 d。比较两组止疱时间、疼痛缓解时间、皮损痊愈时间,治疗后随访1~3个月,比较两组后遗神经痛（PHN）发病率。结果：两组止疱时间和皮损痊愈时间比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组疼痛缓解时间、PHN发病率显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：前列地尔联合更昔洛韦常规治疗能明显缩短带状疱疹患者的疼痛时间、降低PHN的发病率,且安全性好。Objective：To study the clinical effects of alprostadil combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods： 120 patients with herpes zoster were collected and divided into two groups at random. Observation group and control group had 60 patients. Control group was treated with ganciclovir by muscle injection. Observation group was treated with ganciclovir and alprostadil by muscle injection. Both groups were treated for 12 days. Times of harpes stopping, pain relieving and skin lesion recovering in two grops, were compared. The incidence of postherpetic neuralgia were compared after 1-3 month follow-up. Results ：There were no significant differences in the time of herpes stopping and pain relieving between two grops （ P 〉 0.05）. The time of pain relief and incidence of postherpetic neuralgia（PHN） in observation group was significant better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Alprostadil combined with ganciclovir could shorten the time of pain relieving and decrease the incidence of PHN in treatment of patients with herpes zoster and it had superior safety.
