台湾地区政治型智库的发展及其趋势研究

摘　　要：台湾地区政治型智库的出现并不久远,甚至在相当长的时期内,台湾地区各个政党并没有自己专属的智库机构,这种状况主要是与台湾地区特殊的政治生态及政党体制有着非常直接的关系。随着台湾政治制度的不断转型,台湾地区政治型智库的发展也取得了较大的进展。台湾政治型智库在发展中呈现出规模普遍偏小,个人属性过强,意识形态色彩浓厚等特点。尽管台湾地区政治型智库在推动台湾政党制度发展以及经济社会进步的进程中发挥了重要的作用,但由于受制整个大环境的不利影响,特别是台湾地区智库发展普遍面临着经费不足的困境,在政治资源有限,僧多粥少的情势下,台湾政治型智库未来发展的前景并不乐观。It was not long for politics-oriented think-tank appearing. For a long period of time, the political parties have not their own dedicated think tanks which is mainly related to the particular political ecology and party system in Taiwan. With the transformation of political system in Taiwan, the development of politics- oriented think- tank has also made great progress. The characteristics of politics-oriented think-tank in Taiwan are that the scale is small, the personal property is too strong, the feature of ideology is too rich. Although the poli- tics-oriented think-tank in Taiwan played an important role in promoting the development of Taiwan＇s political system and economic and social progress. However, affected by the whole environment, especially the difficulties of insufficient funding, limited political resources and lower demand exceeding supply, the prospect of the development of politics-oriented think- tank in Taiwan is not optimistic.
