陈权运用虫类药治疗慢性肾脏病经验

摘　　要：陈权主任从医40余年,在运用虫类药治疗慢性肾脏病方面有较深造诣。他认为,虫类药物乃血肉有情之品,性攻逐走窜,可通经达络,搜剃疏利而无所不至,在慢性肾脏病早期,可以运用虫类药之搜剃以攻逐邪结,至于后期脾肾衰败,则非血肉有情之虫类药不可,故而对久病入络的肾脏病的治疗有其独特的效果。本文对陈权治疗慢性肾脏病常用虫类药进行了归纳、总结。Chen Quan has engaged in TCM work for more than 40 years. He hold the view that insect drugs were flesh and sentient beings, and has the characteristics of attaching pathogen by fleeing, and thus can go everywhere of the body through the main and collateral channels. In the early in chronic kidney diseases, insect drugs can attacking pathogen by fleeing. In the advanced stage, insect drugs were the tonic of spleen and kidney, and had the unique effect of treating kidney diseases into collaterals. This article summarized the commonly used insect drugs of Chen quan in treating chronic kidney diseases.
