摘　　要：在糖尿病肾病的临床治疗中,王延丰主任认为脾肾两虚是主要病机,瘀、浊、热三种病理因素在糖尿病肾病发病过程中起重要作用,并加速其病情进展。治疗以健脾补肾为根本治疗法则,同时将化瘀通络、清热泄浊的治法贯穿于糖尿病肾病治疗的始终,并附验案1则。In the clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy, Director Wang Yanfeng thought deficiency of spleen and kidney was the main pathogenesis. Blood stasis, turbidity and heat were the important pathogenic factors in the pathogenesis of the disease, but also the consequences of the development of diabetic nephropathy. The strengthening spleen and invigorating kidney was the fundamental rule of treatment. At the same time, expelling blood stasis for dredging collateral and clearing heat and dispersing turbid throughout in the treat-ment of diabetic nephropathy, and a proven case was included.
