针刺治疗泪小点膜闭的临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸针针刺治疗泪小点膜闭的优势。方法选取2010年9月—2014年9月来我院眼科门诊接受治疗的26例有溢泪症状的泪小点膜闭患者,使用针灸针刺穿膜闭的泪小点,扩大泪小点入口,再以眼科显微手术无齿镊垂直插入泪点张开两叶,扩大泪点,局部注左氧氟沙星眼凝胶治疗。随访时观察,记录患者的溢泪情况,泪小点的形态和功能恢复情况以及手术并发症情况,未出现泪小点撕裂情况。随访治疗后进行疗效分析。结果从患者的主观症状评定:治愈:20例(76.9%),好转:3例(11.55%),无效:3例(11.55%)。从泪小点形态评定:治愈:24例(92.3%),好转:1例(3.85%),无效:1例(3.85%)。26例(34眼)泪小点膜闭患者取得良好效果。结论采用针灸针刺穿膜闭的泪小点简便易行,治疗效果较好,无痛苦,治疗费用低,值得临床推广使用。Objective To study the advantages of needle acupuncture of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of obliteration of lacrimal punctum. Methods 26 cases of patients with obliteration of lacrimal punctum of symptoms of epiphora in the Department of Ophthalmology from September 2010 to September 2014 were selected. The acupuncture and moxibustion was used in the film to close the lacrimal point and the expansion of the small mouth. Using the ophthalmology operation micro toothless forceps vertically into tears open two leaves, and expand lacrimal point. They were received local injection of levofloxacin ophthalmic gel. The overflow tears, shape and function of the lacrimal point and complication of the two groups were recorded when following up. There was no laceration of lacrimal point. The curative effect after treatment were analyzed. Results Evaluation of subjective symptoms from patients： 20 patients（76.9%） were cured, 3 cases（11.55%） were improved, and 3 cases（11.55%） were invalid. From the form of lacrimal point： 24 cases（92.3%） were cured, 1 case（3.85%） was improved, and 1 case（3.85%） was invalid. 26 cases（34 eyes） of lacrimal point obtained good results. Conclusion The application of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of the obliteration of lacrimal point is simple and painless, and the treatment effect is good. It is worthy of clinical application.
