针刀、腰椎旁阻滞联合复元活血汤治疗腰椎间盘脱出症55例

摘　　要：目的探讨针刀、腰椎旁阻滞联合复元活血汤加减治疗腰椎间盘脱出症的临床效果分析。方法 220例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为四组,各55例。A组:小针刀;B组:椎间旁阻滞;C组:小针刀+椎旁阻滞;D组:小针刀+椎旁阻滞+复元活血汤。6个月后,对比四组患者治疗效果。结果 D组治疗总有效率、腰椎间盘功能评分显著优于C组,优于A、B组;6个月内的复发率显著低于A、B、C组(P<0.01)。结论针刀、腰椎旁阻滞联合复元活血汤加减治疗腰椎间盘脱出症可改善腰椎间盘功能,复发率低。Objective To explore the the therapeutic effect of acupotomy and lumbar paravertebral block combined with Fuyuan Huoxue decoction in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 220 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into 4 groups, and each group had 55 cases. Group A used acupotomy. Group B used lumbar paravertebral block. Group C used acupotomy and lumbar paravertebral block. On the basis of group C, group D used additionally Fuyuan Huoxue decoction. After 6months, the therapeutic effect of the four groups was compared. Results The total effective rate and the score of lumbar disc function of the group D were significantly better than those of the group C, group A and group B. The recurrence rate of the group D was significantly lower than that of the group A, group B and group C（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupotomy and lumbar paravertebral block combined with Fuyuan Huoxue decoction in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc can improve lumbar intervertebral disc function, and has low recurrence rate.
