小青龙汤治疗咳喘临证心得

摘　　要：小青龙汤出自张仲景《伤寒杂病论》、专为外感寒邪、饮食生冷、寒饮及阳气不足所致咳喘而设,临床上凡见到主证是"咳喘、呕吐清白痰或口吐泡沫痰、面色苍白、渴喜热饮、怕冷、舌质淡红、苔淡白或白腻,脉浮紧或滑"等症状,不必悉具,抓住主证、辨证论治,皆可用小青龙汤加减治疗,所以临床心得认为小青龙汤本质是治疗阳气虚证,即是元气或元阳虚弱证。The Xiaoqinglong decoction is originated from Shanghan Zabing Lun of Zhang Zhongjing, which is prepared for the exogenous disease cold pathogen, eating cold and cough with asthma of cold fluid and yang qi deficiency. The modified Xiaoqinglong decoction can treat disease with syndrome of cough with asthma, vomiting clear phlegm or soitting forthy sputum, pale, thirst with desire for hot drinks,keep away form cold, pale red tongue, pale fur or white greasy fur and floating and tense pulse. We should grasp main syndrome, and im-plement treatment base on syndrome differentiation. The clinical experience thought that the nature of Xiaoqinglong decoction was to treat yang qi deficiency syndrome, that is primordial qi deficiency syndrome or yuanyang deficiency syndrome.
