卫生运输船医疗队高效救治伤员方法探索

摘　　要：目的探讨卫生运输船医疗队高效救治伤病员的做法。方法首先结合现有医院船开展的伤病员救治情况,模拟了二种伤病员救治流程,然后通过实际的模拟演练,由参加训练医护人员和专家根据自己的体会选择适合卫生运输船平台的救治方法。结果参加训练医务人员评价模式二在灵活性、实用性和时效性三个维度的得分明显高于模式一(P<0.05)。专家评价模式二的在灵活性、安全性、实用性和时效性三个维度的得分明显高于模式一(P<0.05)。结论模式二的救治流程比较灵活高效,比较符合卫生运输船伤病员救治的特点。Objective To investigate the practice to treat the sick and wounded of the medical team on the health transportation ship.Methods First,based on the current situation in the health transportation ship,two treatment processes of the sick and wounded were simulated.Then through the actual simulation exercise,the health care staff and experts selected the suitable rescue methods according to their own experience.Results The rescue model 2 for the participants had higher score in flexibility,practicality and effectiveness than model 1（P〈0.05）.The rescue model 2 for the experts had higher score in flexibility,safety,practicality and effectivenes than model 1（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The rescue model 2 is more flexible and efficient which is in accordance with the characteristics of the sick and wounded in the health transportation ship.
