摘　　要：目的通过调查某军区总医院为部队服务满意度,寻找自身缺陷,寻求提升为部队服务能力的方法,有效促进医院整体服务和管理水平的提升。方法通过问卷调查的方式对专业技术水平、服务质量水平、生活保障水平三个方面进行满意度调查,同时征集该院为部队服务工作意见。结果对专业技术水平、服务质量水平、生活保障水平三个方面的满意度均较高,2012~2014年的调查中,共征集到72条建议,其中合理化建议26条。结论坚持为兵服务方向,坚持高标准要求,坚持精细化服务,完善保障制度、提升保障能力,更好的为部队服务工作。Objective Through survey the degree of service satisfaction with one military general hospital,to find their own shortcomings,look for methods to enhance the service capability for military,to effectively promote the whole hospital service and management level.Methods Consulting respondents＇ degree of satisfaction with specialized technical level,service quality level and life insurance level,collecting advice on the service to military and reasonable proposal,by questionnaire survey.Results To specialized technical level,service quality level and life insurance level degree of satisfaction were higher.Conclusion Insisting on the direction of troops serving,adhere to the fine service,perfect security system,improve security ability,better service to the troops
