锌-α2-糖蛋白水平检测在糖尿病肾病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究锌-α2-糖蛋白（zinc-2-glycoprotein,ZAG）检测在糖尿病肾病患者血液以及尿液中的意义。方法选取作者医院在2014-1~6月期间住院接受治疗的糖尿病患者共62例,根据尿白蛋白/肌酐比率（urine trace albumin/urinary creatinine,UACR）值范围,分为A组（n=20）、B组（n=22）、C组（n=20）,另选取50例门诊健康体检患者为对照组,所有患者均在清晨抽取静脉血5 ml,采用酶联免疫吸附试验（enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA）法检测血液和尿液中ZAG水平。结果研究组的胆固醇、空腹血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮、低密度脂蛋白、血液ZAG（P〈0.05）和A、B、C三组的尿液ZAG水平均高于对照组,其中A、B两组的尿液ZAG水平与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;C组的血液ZAG水平显著高于对照组和A组（P〈0.05）。结论 ZAG的检测对于糖尿病肾病患者的防治工作具有重要意义,可以在临床中广泛开展应用。Objective To study the zinc-2-glycoprotein（ZAG）in the blood of patients with diabetic nephropathy and dynamic monitoring in urine.Methods A total of 62 cases hospitalized diabetic patients were treated in author＇s hospital from January 2014 to June 2014.According to the urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio（UACR）value range,the patients were divided into group A（n=20）,group B（n=22）and group C（n=20）,the other 50 outpatients（healthy people）were selected as the control group,all the patients were taken from5 ml vein blood samples in the early morning.Enzymelinked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）method was used to detect the level of ZAG in blood and urine.Results The cholesterol,fasting blood glucose,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,low density lipoprotein,blood ZAG,urine ZAG levels of study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.urine ZAG levels of A,B,C three groups were higher than those in the control group.The difference of urine ZAG level in groups A and B was a statistically significant（P〈0.05）;blood ZAG level of C group was significantly higher than the control group and A group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ZAG detection has a great significance for the early prevention in diabetic nephropathy patients,which should be widely carried out in the clinical application.
