摘　　要：为解决S-ZORB装置闭锁料斗在运行过程中存在的问题,基于闭锁料斗的生产工艺和控制流程设计了闭锁料斗异常侦测管理软件系统。详细介绍了该系统的主要功能模块及智能化异常侦测技术。实际应用证明该系统能够实时地对闭锁料斗的异常工况进行预警、报警、诊断、分析,并针对异常工况提供优化操作指导,增强了闭锁料斗的安全性和可操控性。To solve problems of lock hopper of S-ZORB unit during operation, an anomaly detection management software system for lock hopper is designed based on manufacture technique and control flow.Main functional modules and intelligent anomaly detection technique for the system are detailed introduced.Actual application indicates the system can achieve real time early warning, alarming, diagnosing and analyzing for abnormal conditions,and provide optimized operation guidance for off-normal condition.Safety and controllability for lock hopper are enhanced.
