摘 要:机械采油系统对油田综合开发效益影响很大。为了摸清大庆油田主要机械采油方式的能源消耗状况,挖掘节能潜力,深入研究了2008年以来的3种主要机械采油方式在不同产液量范围内的单耗变化规律,并对不同产液量、不同区块机械采油方式优选及机械采油节能降耗技术发展方向提出建议。机械采油方式单耗变化规律研究对于机械采油系统节能降耗、提高管理水平具有指导意义。Mechanical oil producing system has a great influence on the comprehensive development benefits of an oilfield. In order to find out the energy consumption conditions of the main mechanical recovery modes in Daqing Oilfield and tap the energy-saving potentials, the unit electricity consumption variation laws within different scopes of liquid production are studied for 3 main kinds of mechanical oil producing modes since 2008, and moreover some suggestions are put forward for the optimizations of different liquid productions and blocks by the mechanical oil producing modes and the development direction of the energy saving and consumption reducing techniques of the mechanical oil production. The changing law achievements possess a certain guiding significances for the energy sav- ing, consumption reduction and furthermore the management level improvement.
