活血通窍法治疗缺血性脑卒中50例

摘　　要：目的:观察活血通窍法治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法:100例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组50例。对照组给予尼莫地平、阿司匹林治疗,治疗组给予活血通窍法治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为92.00%,对照组有效率为72.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血液流变学指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血通窍法治疗缺血性脑卒中疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of blood-activating and orifice-opening method on cerebral ischemic stroke（ CIS）. Methods： 100 cases with CIS were randomized into control group and treatment group,with 50 cases in each group. Control group were given Nimodipine and Aspirin for the treatment while treatment group were treated with blood-activating and orifice-opening method. Results： The effective rate was 92. 00% in treatment group and 72. 00% in control group; treatment group were better than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The hemorheology indexes in treatment group were all better than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Blood-activating and orifice-opening method has remarkable therapeutic effects on CIS.
