加味保和丸治疗非酒精性脂肪肝40例

摘　　要：目的:观察加味保和丸治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:选取非酒精性脂肪肝患者80例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予硫普罗宁治疗,治疗组给予加味保和丸联合硫普罗宁治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后临床疗效及肝功能指标(AST、ALT)、血脂(TC、TG)指标的变化情况。结果:治疗组治疗后AST、ALT及TC、TG水平优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为90.0%,对照组有效率为70.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味保和丸治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床效果显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Supplemented Harmony-Preserving Pill on non-alcoholic fatty liver. Methods： 80 cases with non-alcoholic fatty liver were randomized into research group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Control group were given Tiopronin for the treatment while research group were added with Supplemented Harmony-Preserving Pill. The clinical effects and the changes of the indexes of liver function（ AST,ALT,TC and TG） were observed. Results： The levels of AST,ALT,TC and TG in research group were better than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The effective rate of treatment groups was 90. 0%,and the control group 70. 0%,and the treatment group was better than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Supplemented Harmony-Preserving Pill has remarkable therapeutic effects on non-alcoholic fatty liver.
