活血补肾通络方治疗老年压缩性骨折36例

摘　　要：目的:观察活血补肾通络方治疗老年压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:将71例患者随机分为观察组36例和对照组35例,对照组采用经皮椎体成形术,术后均肌肉注射鲑鱼降钙素,每次50 IU,隔日1次,连用6周,观察组在对照组的基础上服用自拟活血补肾通络方。观察两组患者临床疗效、骨折愈合情况、疼痛程度及Oswestry功能障碍评分。结果:观察组有效率为91.67%,对照组有效率为71.43%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨密度明显高于对照组,影像学愈合时间、完全负重下地时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分、Oswestry功能障碍评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血补肾通络方有助于增加老年压缩性骨折患者骨密度,缓解疼痛程度,减轻功能障碍,促进骨折快速愈合。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Blood-Activating,Kidney-Tonifying and Collateral-Dredging Formula on senile compression fracture. Methods： 71 patients were randomized into observation group（ 36 cases） and control group（ 35 cases）. Control group were performed percutaneous vertebroplasty and intromuscular injection of Salmon Calcitonin Acetate after the surgery,with 50 IU/time and for 6 weeks. Observation group were additionally given Blood-Activating,Kidney-Tonifying and Collateral-Dredging Formula for the treatment. The clinical effects,healing state of fracture,degree of pain and the score of Oswestry dysfunction in both groups were observed. Results： The effective rate was 91. 67% in observation group and 71. 43% in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. The bone mineral density in observation group was marked higher than that in control group. The imaging healing time and ambulation time of full weight bearing in obervation group were obviously shorter than these in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. The VAS and score of Oswestry dysfunction in obervation group were apparently lower than these in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Blood-Activating,Kidney-Tonifying and Collateral-Dredging Formula is helpful to increase the bone mineral density,relieve the pain,reduce dysfunction and promote rapid healling of the fracture of the senile patients with compression fracture.
