中西医结合治疗四肢骨折40例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取四肢骨折患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。所有患者均给予微创接骨板手术治疗,观察组另给予中医综合治疗。结果:观察组优良率为90.0%,对照组优良率为75.0%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗四肢骨折临床效果显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of the fracture of the extremities with Chinese and Western medicine. Methods： 80 patients with limb fractures were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. All patients were treated with minimally invasive operation treatment,the observation group were given comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Results： the excellent and good rate of the observation group was 90%,the excellent and good rate of the control group was 75%,the observation group was better than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： the clinical effect of treatment of limb fractures with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
