五步手法联合中药热敷治疗颈肩疼痛60例

摘　　要：目的:观察五步手法联合中药热敷治疗颈肩疼痛的临床效果。方法:选择颈肩疼痛患者120例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例。治疗组给予五步手法结合热敷散治疗,对照组给予热敷散治疗。结果:治疗组VAS评分、Barthel评分和Fugl-Meyer评分优于对照组(P〈0.05);治疗组有效率95.00%,对照组有效率86.67%,治疗组优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:五步手法联合热敷治疗颈肩疼痛疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of five-step manipulations combined with Hot Compress Powder on neck and shoulder pain. Methods： 120 cases with neck and shoulder pain were randomized into control group（ 60 cases） given Hot Compress Powder treatment and treatment group（ 60 cases） given five-step manipulations combined with Hot Compress Powder. Results： The scores of VAS,Barthel and Fugl-Meyer were all better than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The effective rate was95. 00% in treatment group and 86. 67% in control group; treatment group were better than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The five-step manipulations combined with Hot Compress Powder have remarkable therapeutic effects on neck and shoulder pain.
