中西医结合治疗老年胸腰椎骨折临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗老年胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取本院100例老年胸腰椎骨折患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,对照组患者采用常规保守治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上合用中药内服及患处熏蒸治疗,随访12周,比较两组患者治疗后骨折愈合及腰背部功能恢复情况。结果:治疗组与对照组有效率分别为98.0%、88.0%,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=12.506,P=0.021);治疗后两组患者Frankel评分均明显升高(P<0.05)、VAS评分均明显降低(P<0.05),但同期组间比较治疗组较对照组改善明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:中西医结合疗法可促进老年胸腰椎骨折患者骨折愈合及腰背部功能恢复,疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of integrative Chinese and western medicine on senile thoracolumbar vertebral fracture. Methods： 100 cases with senile thoracolumbar vertebral fracture in this hospital were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional conservative treatment while treatment group were added with orally administration of Chinese medicine and fumigation treatment on the affected part. The patients were given follow- up visit for 12 weeks. The fracture healing and the recovery of the lower back function in the two groups were compared.Results： The effective rate in treatment group was 98. 0%,obviously higher than 88. 0% in control group（ χ2= 12. 506,P = 0.021）. The scores of Frankel in both groups got markedly improved（ P 〈0. 05）; the score of VAS got apparently declined（ P 〈0.05）. And the improvement in observation group was greater than that in control group（ P 〈0. 05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion： Integrative Chinese and western medicine can remarkably promote the fracture healing and the recovery of the lower back function of the patients with senile thoracolumbar vertebral fracture.
