从咽论治颈椎病痰湿阻络证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察从咽论治颈椎病痰湿阻络证的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的颈椎病痰湿阻络证患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组给予"痰湿方"辨证加减治疗,对照组给予半夏白术天麻汤辨证加减治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后疗效评分、中医证候评分、VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:从咽论治颈椎病痰湿阻络证疗效显著。To observe the clinical effects of treating from the throat on neck bi disease due to phlegm-dampness obstructing collaterals. Methods： 80 cases with neck bi disease due to phlegm- dampness obstructing collaterals were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. Treatment group were given modified Phlegm-Dampness Formula according to syndrome differentiation. Control group were given modified Pinellia,Atractylodes Macrocephala and Gastrodia Decoction according to syndrome differentiation. Results： After the treatment,the grades of efficacy,TCM symptoms and VAS in treatment group were significantly lower than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Treating from the throat has remarkable therapeutic effects on neck bi disease due to phlegm- dampness obstructing collaterals.
