消石汤联合超声引导下双通道置管治疗胆囊结石临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察消石汤联合超声引导下双通道置管治疗胆囊结石的临床疗效。方法:40例胆囊结石患者采用消石汤联合超声引导下双通道置管治疗。结果:40例患者B超引导下胆囊穿刺置管均一次性成功。治愈16例,占40.00%,显效8例,占20.00%,有效9例,占22.50%,无效7例,占17.50%,有效率为82.50%。1例于置管后当日持续有淡血性胆汁引出,注入止血药,夹闭引流管,次日冲洗胆囊腔,未再出血。结论:消石汤联合超声引导下双通道置管治疗胆囊结石疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Stone-Resolving Decoction combined with double channel cathetering with ultrasonic guidance on gallstone. Methods： 40 cases with gallstone were given the treatment of Stone-Resolving Decoction combined with double channel catheter with ultrasonic guidance. Results： The gall bladder puncturing cathetering for all the patients got sucessful at the first time. 18 cases got cured,accounting for 37. 50%; 8 cases showed excellent efficacy,accounting for 18. 00%;9 cases were effective,accounting for 25. 00%; 7 cases were ineffective,accounting for 17. 50%; the effective rate was 82. 50%.For one case,continous drainage of bile of light-blood color appeared on that day of cathetering. Then hemostatics was then injected,the drainage tube was occluded and the gall bladder cavity got washed the next day and the bleeding was thus stopped. Conclusion： Stone-Resolving Decoction combined with double channel cathetering with ultrasonic guidance has remarkable therapeutic effects on gallstone.
