中药熏洗联合派瑞松霜对改善肛门湿疹皮损面积、瘙痒程度的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏洗联合派瑞松霜外用治疗方案,对肛门湿疹皮损面积及瘙痒程度的影响。方法:选取肛门湿疹患者54例,按照国际字母排列法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组27例。对照组给予派瑞松霜外用治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药熏洗治疗。结果:观察组治疗后皮损面积、瘙痒程度评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率为92.59%,对照组有效率为77.78%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗联合派瑞松霜治疗肛门湿疹疗效显著,可有效改善患者皮损面积、瘙痒程度。Objective： To observe the influence of fumigation and washing with Chinese medicine combined with Pevisone Cream on improving the skin lesion area and itching degree of the anal eczema. Methods： 54 cases with anal eczema were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the international alphabetical order method,with 27 cases in each group. Control group were given external application of Pevisone Cream while observation group were added with fumigation and washing with Chinese medicine. Results： After the treatment,the skin lesion area,itching degree score of observation group were better than these in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. The effective rate was 92. 59% in observation group and 77. 78% in control group; observation group were better than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Fumigation and washing with Chinese medicine combined with Pevisone Cream？ has remarkable therapeutic effects on anal eczema,which can improve the skin lesion area and itching degree.
