扶正祛积汤联合CAF方案治疗乳腺癌60例

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正祛积汤联合CAF方案治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法:选取乳腺癌患者120例,采用数字表法分为联合组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予CAF化疗方案治疗,联合组在对照组的基础上应用扶正祛积汤治疗。结果:联合组有效率为88.3%,对照组有效率为58.3%,联合组优于对照组(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:扶正祛积汤联合CAF方案治疗乳腺癌临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Body-Resistance-Strengthening and Stagnation-Eliminating Decoction combined with CAF therapeutic schedule on breatst cancer. Methods： 120 cases with breast cancer were randomized into combined group anc control group,with 60 cases in each group. Control group were given CAF chemotherapy treatment while combined group were added with Body-Resistance-Strengthening and Stagnation-Eliminating Decoction for the treatment. Results： The effective rate was 88. 3% in combined group and 58. 3% in control group; combined group were better than control group（ P 〈0. 05）.The occurrence rate of adverse reaction in combined group was lower than that in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Body-Resistance-Strengthening and Stagnation-Eliminating Decoction combined with CAF therapeutic schedule has remarkable therapeutic effects on breatst cancer.
