益肺止血汤治疗肺结核咯血40例  

Forty Patients with Hemoptysis Due to Pulmonary Tuberculosis Treated with Lung-Benifiting and Blood-Stopping Decoction

摘　　要：目的:观察益肺止血汤治疗肺结核咯血的临床疗效。方法:选择肺结核咯血患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。所有患者给予责任制整体护理干预,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予益肺止血汤治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为95.00%,对照组有效率为77.50%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后康奈尔医学指数总分与心理部分阳性率均低于治疗前,且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益肺止血汤治疗肺结核咯血疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Lung-Benifiting and Blood-Stopping Decoction on hemoptysis due to pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods： 80 cases with hemoptysis due to pulmonary tuberculosis were randomized into control group and treatment group,with 40 cases in each group. All patients were given general intervention of responsibility system. Control group were given conventional western medicine treatment while treatment group were added with Lung- Benifiting and Blood-Stopping Decoction. Results： The effective rate was 95. 00% in treatment group and 77. 50% in control group; treatment were better than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. After treatment,the total scores of Cornell medical indexes and the positive rate of the psychological part were all lower than before treatment,and treament group were significantly lower than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The difference between the two groups in the adverse reaction had no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）.
