摘　　要：目的:观察麦味地黄汤加减治疗妊娠期糖尿病的疗效。方法:将妊娠期糖尿病患者88例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组44例。对照组给予西医对症治疗,治疗组给予麦味地黄汤加减治疗。结果:治疗组有效率77.27%,对照组有效率47.73%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麦味地黄汤加减治疗妊娠期糖尿病具有较好疗效。Objective： To observe the efficacy of Modified Maiwei Dihuang Decoction on gestational diabetes. Methods： 88 cases with gestational diabetes were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 44 cases in each group. Control group were given symptomatic treatment of western medicine while treatment group were given Modified Maiwei Dihuang Decoction. Results：The effective rate was 77. 27% in treatment group and 47. 73% in control group; treatment group were better than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Modified Maiwei Dihuang Decoction has good therapeutic effects on gestational diabetes.
