七味白榆散联合美皮康贴膜预防老年患者骶尾部急性压疮39例

摘　　要：目的:观察七味白榆散联合美皮康贴膜预防前列腺电切手术老年患者骶尾部急性压疮的疗效。方法:选取前列腺电切手术老年患者78例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组39例。试验组给予七味白榆散结合美皮康贴膜治疗,对照组给予常规清洁后使用爽身粉治疗。结果:试验组急性压疮发生率为2.56%,压疮前期症状发生率为7.69%;对照组急性压疮发生率为17.95%,压疮前期症状发生率为25.64%,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:七味白榆散联合美皮康贴膜可以显著降低前列腺电切手术老年患者骶尾部急性压疮发生率及压疮前期症状发生率。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Qiwei Baiyu Powder combined with Mepiliex Dressing for preventing acute pressure sores of sacrococcygeal region of senile patients underwent prostate electrocision. Methods： 78 senile patients underwent prostate electrocision were randomized into control group and experiment group,with 39 cases in each group. Experiment group were given Qiwei Baiyu Powder combined with Mepiliex Dressing while control group were given routine cleansing and then applied Talcum Powder. Results： The occurrence rate was 2. 56% for the acute pressure sores and 7. 69% for the early symptoms in experiment group,but the occurrence rate was 17. 95% for the acute pressure sores and 25. 64% for the early symptoms; experiment group were better than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Qiwei Baiyu Powder combined with Mepiliex Dressing can remarkably reduce the occurrence rate of acute pressure sores and their early symptoms of sacrococcygeal region of senile patients underwent prostate electrocision.
