摘 要:在三种气压下,采用SHPB装置对四因素四水平正交试验的SFRC试件进行冲击试验。给出了不同因素对SFRC动态抗压强度影响的主次关系、显著程度和最优组合,分析了SFRC试件的破坏形态,用含损伤因子的ZWT本构模型对SFRC力学行为进行了拟合。试验结果表明,砂率在低应变率下对强度影响最大,水胶比在中高应变率下对强度影响最大。受冲击时高钢纤维掺量能强化钢纤维增韧效果,弓形钢纤维更易保持SFRC试件形状。At three different pressures, the impact tests of SFRC specimens with orthogonal tests of four factors and four levels are carried out by using 74 mm SHPB test device. The primary and secondary relationships, significant degree and optimal combination of different factors on dynamic compressive strength of SFRC are given, the damage form of SFRC is analyzed, and the mechanical behavior of SFRC is fitted by using ZWT constitutive model with damage factor. The results show that the sand rate is the biggest impact on strength in the low stain rate, the water cement ratio is the biggest impact on strength in the high stain rate, high steel fiber content can strengthen toughening effect of steel fiber by impact,bow steel fiber is more easily to maintain shape of SFRC.
