我国应急物流保障能力评价体系研究

摘　　要：在对国内外应急物流保障能力评价指标体系研究的基础上,运用访谈法和文献统计方法提取应急物流保障能力要素初始指标,进而编制了我国应急物流保障能力评价指标体系测评量表,通过对量表调查数据的探索性因子分析,构建出我国应急物流保障能力评价体系,其由应急物流指导组织协调能力、应急物资管理能力、物流基础能力、应急机构执行能力、应急运输体系保障能力、应急物流信息管理能力6个一级指标及34个二级指标构成,并根据研究结果提出提高我国应急物流保障能力的合理建议。In this paper, on the basis of the domestic and foreign studies on emergency logistics supportive capacity evaluation index system, and through interview and literature review, we abstracted the initial indexes of the emergency logistics supportive capacity, then further compiled the measurement scale of the emergency logistics supportive capacity evaluation index system of China, established the corresponding emergency logistics supportive capacity evaluation system and at the end, accordingly, proposed the suggestions to improve the emergency logistics supportive capacity of China.
