摘　　要：在零售商承担退货成本的条件下,通过建立联合契约模型解决了三级易逝品供应链的协调问题,得到了实现供应链协调的条件,给出了实现各方利益均衡的最优契约参数组合。然后进一步分析了各个契约参数之间的关系及其对供应链系统利润的影响,并对该联合契约的适用性进行了说明。最后,进行了数值验证。研究表明:该契约能实现此三级供应链的协调,且在中间商主导的供应链下有更好的适用性。In this paper, considering the scenario where the product return cost was borne by the retailer, we obtained the condition for the coordination of the supply chain through building a joint contract model, presented the optimal contract parameter portfolio to balance the benefits of the supply chain parties, then further analyzed the relations between the contract parameters and their influence on the profit of the supply chain system, and at the end, through a numerical example, proved the validity of the model established.
