摘 要:针对高速动车转向架动力学性能的影响因素缺乏综合分析,提出一种基于SIMPACK的高速动车转向架动力学性能仿真建模与分析方法。以高速动车安全舒适运行需求为目标,根据高速试验列车客车强度及动力学性能规范,构建高速动车转向架动力学性能评定的指标,并研究基于SIMPACK的转向架动力学性能仿真评价及其实现流程。以CRH2型动车组为例,建立其转向架及车体的动力学仿真模型,具体分析四类车轮踏面类型和五类一系及二系悬挂系统等主要影响因素,提取CRH2型高速动车稳定及平稳运行的重要特征参数,为高速动车组转向架的动力学设计及优化提供支持。In the light of lacking a comprehensive analysis of the factors that affect the dynamic performance of high- speed EMU bogie, a modeling and analysis method of the dynamic performance of high-speed EMU bogie based on SIMPACK simulation is presented. Aiming at the require- ments for safe and comfort operation of EMU, the stand- ards for high-speed trains are used to structure the dynamic performance evaluation index system of high-speed EMU bogie, and the dynamic performance simulation evaluation and specific implementation processes based on SIMPACK are studied. Taking the trailer bogie used in EMU of CRH2 as an example, a dynamic simulation model of high-speed EMU bogie and carbody is established; then the main influ-ence factors, such as the wheel tread profile, the primary and secondary suspension parametersare analyzed respec- tively. The important characteristic parameters that influ- ence the stability and riding quality of CRH2 are extracted, it is of great significance to improve the dynamical design and optimization of high-speed EMU bogie.
