摘　　要：根据H.264 SVC标准框架,针对基于JSVM的SVC率失真优化编码问题,提出一种适合于在丢包信道传输率失真优化视频编码改进算法.仿真实验结果表明,使用改进算法编码的视频流在传输中表现了较好的容错能力与更高的解码视频质量.According to H.264 SVC standard framework and rate-distortion Optimization Coding of JSVM, we proposed an improved rate-distortion optimization coding algorithm over packet erasure channels. Simulation results showed that the video using the improved coding have better performance of fault tolerance and higher decoding video quality than which using JSVM coding over packet erasure networks.
