试论床位规模对医院运行成本及效益的影响

摘　　要：医院床位是卫生资源配置的重点组成部分,其规模配置问题值得学界、业界以及相关管理者的重点关注和细致考量。目前,我国医院床位规模发展迅猛,但在获得成就的同时存在盲目扩张的现象并引发诸多问题。笔者立足于我国医院床位规模的发展现状,依托于规模经济、比较优势和组织成本三个维度的理论基础,对床位规模对降低医院运行成本提高效益的影响进行分析。分析发现,适度床位规模对降低医院的运行成本,提高其整体经济效益具有积极正向的影响作用。Hospital bed scale is the key part of health resources allocation and the allocation scale is worthy of the focus and careful consideration from the responsible administrators in the circles of education and industry. Currently,hospital bed scale develops rapidly but blind expansion results in many problems in obtaining the achievements. From the present development of hospital bed scale nationw ide,the author,relying on the theoretical bases of scale economy,comparative advantage and structural cost,analyzes the influence of bed scale on low ering operation cost and increasing efficiencies in a hospital and finds that appropriate bed scale impacts positively on low ering operation cost and increasing the overall economic efficiencies in a hospital.
