摘　　要：新形势下潜艇兵力作战任务、作战海域、作战样式等均发生了显著变化,这些变化相应地对潜艇指控系统提出了一系列新的能力需求。从军事需求的角度,论述了上述变化对潜艇指控系统信息交互、辅助决策、响应速度、适应性和武器控制5方面的影响。A series of new requirements have been put forward for submarine command and control system based on changes of submarine operational mission,operational sea and operational mode. This paper considers from the perspective of military needs the effect on information interaction,assistance decision,learning rate,adaptation and weapons control of the submarine command and control system,which all the above changes have taken.
