摘 要:以海军要地防空为背景,研究基于战术指挥控制中心集中指挥的动态火力接入防空作战系统。首先,研究动态接入火力单元情况下防空作战系统的组织和功能结构,以传统火力单元的功能系统为基本作战节点,建立基于战术指挥控制中心集中指挥的传感器网、指挥控制网和拦截火力网3种逻辑结构;然后,分析了动态火力接入下要地防空作战过程,定义了基于协同跟踪数据发射、超视距拦截和接力制导3种组网作战方式;最后,分析了系统实现的关键技术,阐明了各关键技术未来的研究方向与重点。Under the background of naval key position air-defense,the air-defense operation system which was based on the tactics unit centralized command was researched under dynamic fire access. Firsty,the organizational structure and function structure of air-defense combat system is analyzed under dynamic fire access. The structure taken the traditional fire unit function system as the basic combat node and is established the three layers logical network that included sensor network,command and control network and intercept fire network. Then,the operation process of key position air-defense is analyzed under dynamic fire access and four kinds of networking combat mode is defined which included launch on cooperated tracking data,over horizon intercept and forward pass. Finally,the key technologies of realizing system are presented and the next research focus of the key technologies is clarified.
