立奇膏联合百克瑞治疗糖尿病足的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]探索采用自制中药＂立奇膏＂联合百克瑞纱布治疗糖尿病足溃疡的护理效果。[方法]选择门急诊及住院2级~4级糖尿病足溃疡病人80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,在相同综合治疗基础上,对照组常规选用百克瑞纱布湿敷进行伤口处理;治疗组百克瑞纱布湿敷后外敷自制中药＂立奇膏＂进行伤口处理,干预结束后比较两组总有效率。[结果]干预12周后,治疗组创面面积缩小,换药时疼痛感减轻,空腹血糖基本降至正常范围,总有效率达95.0%,明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。[结论]自制中药＂立奇膏＂联合百克瑞纱布湿敷治疗2级~4级糖尿病足溃疡病人效果显著,是一种安全、有效、方便的治疗方法。Objective：To explore the nursing effect of self-made Liqi ointment combined with bactericide soaked gauze for treatment of patients with diabetic foot ulcer.Methods：A total of 80 patients with 2~4level diabetic foot ulcer from out-patient clinic and in-patients were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each.On the basis of same comprehensive treatment,the patients in control group were treated only with bactericide soaked gauze for wound treatment and the patients in treatment group were compressed with self-made Li Qi Ointment after wet compressing with bactericide soaked gauze.The differences of total effective rate were compared after intervention.Results：After 12 weeks of intervention,the wound area in treatment group patients was reduced,and the painful feeling in dressing was relieved and then the fasting glucose of patients was basically reduced to the normal range.The total effective rate of 95.0%,which was significantly higher than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The self-made Li Qi ointment combined with bactericide soaked gauze has significantly effect for patients with 2~4grade diabetic foot ulcer,and it is an effective,safe and economic method.
