摘　　要：加快农村土地流转，是实现农民增收、促进土地规模化经营的有效途径，也是提高城镇化水平的必然要求．当前农村土地流转过程中存在着市场机制不健全、土地流转后的用途改变、社会保障体系不完善、土地流转的金融支持力度不够等问题，在分析这些问题的基础上，提出了相关对策建议．Combining the current teaching management system and student smart phone extensive use in the con- struction of digital campus network system, this article introduces the way using We Chat public platform to improve the problems encountered in student status management in universities, and discusses how to communicate in universities with We Chat public platform.
