摘 要:采用一体化浸没式膜生物反应器处理生活污水,研究进水碱度对硝化过程和膜污染过程的影响。结果表明,碱度对膜生物反应器工艺的硝化过程影响较大;当碱度充足(224~510 mg/L)时,氨氮去除率达到98.6%,出水的p H基本稳定,当进水碱度不足时,氨氮去除率下降,出水的p H低于6,p H变化滞后于碱度的变化;进水碱度变化对COD去除影响不大,去除率稳定在91%以上;随着进水碱度下降,膜生物反应器内的胞外聚合物EPS由10 mg/g MLSS上升至26 mg/g MLSS,碱度充足时MBR运行周期最长可达10 d,当碱度不足引起反应器中的EPS浓度上升,导致膜污染加剧,膜生物反应器的运行周期下降到2 d。The effect of the influent alkalinity on the nitrification during wastewater treatment by a submerged membrane bioreactor was investigated,and the parameters of the reactor were tested at the same time. The results showed that the alkalinity had a significant effect on the nitrification. When the alkalinity was sufficient( 224—510 mg /L),the ammonia nitrogen removal rate was over 98. 6%,and the p H was stable. While the alkalinity was insufficient,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate decreased and the effect of p H on the influent of MBR was lagged behind the alkalinity. There was little effect on the COD of the effluent,and the removal efficiency reached 91%. As the alkalinity of influent dipped,EPS increased from 10 to 26 mg / g MLSS,which caused the inverses washing cycle shorten and membrane pollution was aggravating. The inverses washing cycle was up to 10 d when the alkalinity of influent was sufficient,but decreased to 2 d while the alkalinity was insufficient.
