摘 要:以溶胶凝胶法制备了Co-TiO2催化剂,采用XRD、XPS、紫外漫反射对催化剂进行了表征,结果表明,一部分Co2+进入了TiO2晶格,另一部分在TiO2表面形成Co3O4。以亚甲基蓝为模拟废水,进行了Co-TiO2催化剂的基于硫酸根自由基的类Fenton(SR-Fenton)和光催化活性测试,且考察了催化剂钴掺杂量、灼烧温度对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,CoTiO2催化剂为同时具有SR-Fenton和光催化活性的催化剂,Photo/Co-TiO2/过硫酸氢钾为光催化和SR-Fenton反应的协同体系。催化剂最佳钴掺杂量、灼烧温度分别为1%及773 K。Co-TiO2 catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method,the as-prepared catalysts were characterized by X-raydiffraction( XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS) and ultraviolet diffuse reflectance spectroscopy technologies. The results indicated that a part of Co2 +entered into the TiO2 crystal,and the other part formed Co3O4 on the surface of TiO2. Methylene blue( MB) was used to study the photocatalytic and SR-Fenton activity of catalysts as model organic pollutant. The influences of the calcined temperature and cobalt amounts on Co-TiO2 catalysts activity were investigated. The results show that Co-TiO2 catalysts possess good SR-Fenton and photocatalytic activity. The photo / Co-TiO2/ oxone hybrid system is a cooperative system of photocatalysis and SR-Fenton reaction. The optimum doping content and calcined temperature are 1% and 773 K,respectively.
