Change characteristics of sintering flue gas desulfurization particulate matter

摘  要:利用静电低压撞击器(ELPI)对石灰石-石膏法脱硫前后烟气中的细颗粒(PM2.5)进行采样分析,获得细颗粒浓度与粒径分布特性。对脱硫前后细颗粒形貌和主要元素进行扫描电镜(SEM)、离子色谱(IC)和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)进行分析。结果表明,石灰石-石膏法对于烟气中的细颗粒数浓度的脱除效率为负值,脱硫后出口烟气细颗粒数浓度增加4.95倍;细颗粒的形貌发生很大变化,脱硫前细颗粒以单个球形或团形态分布,脱硫后颗粒相互堆积形成致密不规则层状结构;化学组成分析表明,细颗粒中主量元素Al、Fe和Si的含量稳定,但水溶性离子Ca2+和SO2-4含量增加明显,分别由3.5%、6.45%增加到8.76%、32.73%。Fine particulates( PM2. 5) in flue gas before and after limestone-gypsum desulfurization were sampled and measured by electrical low pressure impactor( ELPI),fine particle concentration and particle-size distribution characteristics were obtained. And the micstrecture and major element concentrations of PM2. 5were analyzed by scanning electron microscope( SEM),ion chromatograph( IC) and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer( ICP-OES). The results show that the removal efficiency of fine particles was negative with limestone-gypsum method,after desulfurization the concentration of fine particles increased 4. 95 times in outlet flue gas. The appearance of fine particles had a great change,before desulfurization fine particles existd with single sphere or groups,after desulfurization fine particles piled up with dense irregular layer structure. Chemical composition analysis showed that the contents of major elements of Al,Fe and Si in fine particles were stable,but the contents of water-soluble ions( Ca2 +,SO2-4) increased obviously from 3. 5%,6. 45% to 8. 76%,32. 73%,respectively.
