摘　　要：城市轨道交通建设时序是决定城市轨道交通线网的建设规模、建设时机和建设顺序的重要依据。文章分析了城市轨道交通建设时序研究的重要性,从城市轨道交通建设规划入手,结合城市轨道交通建设近期、中期、远期建设的影响因素分析建设时序的影响因素,提出城市轨道交通建设、运营、管理期间的三个共同影响因素:交通需求、线网完备性和与城市空间发展协调性,并以巴黎地铁为例,验证了这三个影响因素的合理性,为城市轨道交通建设时序研究提供一定的理论基础。The construction sequence of urban rail transit is the important basis to determine the construction scale,construction timing and construction sequence of urban rail transit line-net.This article analyzed the importance of construction sequence studies for urban rail transit,and then starting from urban rail transit construction planning,combined with the influencing factors for the short-term,medium-term,and long-term construction of urban rail transit construction,it analyzed the influencing factors of construction sequence,proposed three common influencing factors during urban rail transit construction,operation,and management periods：traffic demand,line-net completeness and urban space de-velopment coordination,and with Paris Metro as the example,it verified the reasonableness of these three factors,thereby providing certain theoretical basis for the construction sequence research of urban rail transit.
