摘　　要：创新是企业发展的原动力,企业要想在竞争中取胜,就必须不断提高自主创新能力。对安徽省35家企业的调查显示:安徽省农业龙头企业自主创新投入不足,产出的效益较低,创新环境也有待于进一步改善。应围绕企业机制创新、人才支撑、政策扶持等方面进一步提升安徽省农业龙头企业的自主创新能力,从而提升安徽农业龙头企业的产业带动力。Innovation is the motive power of enterprise development. Enterprise needs to continually nurture independent innovation capability in order to excel and survive in keen business competition. The results of the investigation of 35 enterprises in Anhui Province show that there exist some prob- lems in independent innovation of leading agricultural enterprises in Anhui Province such as insufficient investment, low output efficiency, imperfect innovation environment, etc. It is essential to im- prove the independent innovation capability of leading agricultural enterprises in Anhui Province by strengthening enterprise mechanism innovation, talent and policy support so as to promote the indus- trial driving force of these enterprises.
