摘  要:研究生是研究生教育质量评价主体,其对研究生教育服务的满意度评价应该成为研究生教育质量保障体系的重要组成部分。文章基于服务质量(SERVQUAL)理论设计了研究生满意度量表,以合肥工业大学在校硕士研究生为施测对象,从可靠性、保证性、关怀性、有形性和服务绩效五个维度评估了研究生对教育服务的满意度现状,并考察了人口统计学变量在教育服务满意度上的差异。最后,基于实证研究结论提出了相关对策建议。Graduate is the subject of graduate education quality evaluation, and the graduates satisfaction degree on education service should become an important part of the quality assurance system of graduate education. In this paper, the questionnaire of graduates satisfaction degree is designed based on the theory of service quality(SERVQUAL). Then taking the graduates in Hefei University of Technology as research object, the status quo of graduates' satisfaction degree on education service is analyzed from five dimensions including reliability, supportability, caring, tangibility and service performance. And the difference in satisfaction degree on education service with demographic variables is investigated. Finally, some relevant suggestions are put forward based on the results of the empirical research.
