中文图书采访标准的制定与采访质量控制研究

摘　　要：目前关于中文图书采访质量控制的研究未能抓住影响采访质量的关键因素,导致质量控制措施难以有效落实。基于Excel表格的电子书目采用MARC标准著录,能从内容因素和形式因素揭示图书的内容特征和形式特征。根据影响采访质量的内容因素和形式因素制定相应的采访标准,能避免采访工作中的盲目性和随意性,进而有效地提高采访质量。Some current studies on acquisition quality control of Chinese books failed to grasp key factors of affecting the acquisition quality. This has led to the ineffective implementation of quality control measures. The E-catalog based on Microsoft Excel uses MARC criteria description, which can reveal content and form features of the book out of its content and form factors. It is expected that to set acquisition criteria according to content and form factors that affect the acquisition quality can avoid the blindness and random- ness in acquisition work and improve the acquisition quality effectively.
