对我国图书馆“PDA”研究热的冷思考

摘　　要：Patron-Driven Acquisition(PDA)是美国高校图书馆为适应出版商的电子书零售新模式而推出的读者在线选购图书新服务,是网络环境下读者荐购服务的升华和发展,与传统的读者荐购服务没有本质差异。由于存在文献保障程度低、质量不高、费用支出不合理等问题,PDA只能作为传统采购方式的补充,过分依赖PDA将会影响藏书建设的可持续发展。图书馆应发挥采访员在藏书建设中的主导作用,从影响采访质量的因素入手,制定严格的采访标准,从长远需要和全局着眼,规划藏书建设。Patron-Driven Acquisition（ PDA ）is a new service of online books purchasing service for readers, which was to adapt the retail model of e-books of publishers. It is the development of readers recommendation purchasing service, and there is no essential difference between PDA and traditional readers recommendation.PDA could be an suppliment to traditional purchase because of the low document supply rate, poor quality and unreasonable cost. It would affect the sustainable development of collections construction. Purchasers must play a leading role in collection construction, who should plan the collections construction from the factors affeting acquisition quality, draw up acquisition criterion, and overall plan the collection consruction from the long-term perspective.
